01Provider & agreement提供者与协议范围
These terms govern use of the inference service operated by soymilkfyc at 91ddf.xyz/llm-server/v1. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. A separately agreed written contract prevails where it expressly varies these terms.
本条款适用于 soymilkfyc 通过 91ddf.xyz/llm-server/v1 提供的推理服务。使用服务即表示您在适用法律允许的范围内接受本条款。如代表组织使用，您应具有相应授权。双方另行书面约定明确调整本条款的，以该书面约定为准。
02Service & model availability服务与模型可用性
The service accepts supported inference requests and returns model-generated outputs. Available model identifiers, supported features, request limits and performance can vary. The model list is not a guarantee that every model or feature is continuously available. Model weights are not supplied through the inference API.
服务接收受支持的推理请求并返回模型生成内容。可用模型标识、支持功能、请求限制及性能可能变化。模型列表不保证每个模型或功能持续可用。推理 API 不提供模型权重。
03Credentials & account security凭据与账户安全
Use only credentials issued or authorised for you. Keep them confidential and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised use. Do not share credentials publicly or attempt to access another user’s resources. Report a suspected credential compromise promptly so access can be reviewed.
仅使用向您签发或授权的凭据。请保密并采取合理措施避免未授权使用，不得公开密钥或尝试访问他人资源。发现凭据可能泄露时应及时报告，以便核查访问权限。
04Acceptable use允许的使用方式
You must comply with applicable law, the relevant model licence and any usage policy communicated for the selected model. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorised access, attacks on infrastructure or circumvention of authentication and rate limits. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content in your requests.
您应遵守适用法律、相关模型许可，以及已告知的所选模型使用政策。不得利用服务从事违法、侵权、未授权访问、攻击基础设施或绕过认证及限流的行为。您应拥有提交请求内容所需的权利与许可。
05Inputs, outputs & review输入、输出与人工审核
As between you and the provider, you retain any rights you hold in submitted content. You authorise the processing needed to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or non-unique; independently review them before relying on them, particularly for consequential decisions. These terms do not override third-party rights or the applicable model licence.
在您与服务提供者之间，您保留对提交内容原有的权利，并依隐私政策授权为提供服务所需的处理。输出可能不准确、不完整、存在偏差或与他人结果相同；依赖输出前请独立审核，尤其是用于有重大影响的决定时。本条款不排除第三方权利或适用模型许可。
06Pricing, limits & platform access价格、限制与平台访问
Pricing, usage units, quotas and any discounts are those communicated and agreed for your access channel; no particular price or discount is promised by this page. When access is purchased through a third-party platform such as OpenRouter, that platform’s billing and refund terms govern the platform transaction. Direct commercial terms, if any, are agreed separately.
价格、计量单位、额度及折扣以对应接入渠道已告知并约定的内容为准，本页不承诺具体价格或折扣。通过 OpenRouter 等第三方平台购买服务时，平台交易适用该平台的计费及退款条款。直接合作的商业条件另行约定。
07Availability & suspension可用性与暂停服务
Maintenance, capacity constraints, network outages and model updates can interrupt service. No specific uptime, throughput or latency commitment applies unless separately agreed in writing. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, non-payment or legal requirements, and give notice where feasible.
维护、容量限制、网络故障及模型更新可能造成服务中断。除另行书面约定外，不承诺特定可用率、吞吐或延迟。为合理处理滥用、安全威胁、欠费或法律要求，可能限制或暂停访问，并在可行情况下告知。
08Responsibilities & applicable protections责任与适用保障
The service is provided subject to the limitations described above and applicable law. You are responsible for your applications and how you use outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable rights, mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional allocation of liability must be agreed in a separate contract where applicable.
服务受上述限制及适用法律约束。您应对自身应用以及输出的使用方式负责。本条款不排除不得放弃的权利、强制性消费者保护或依法不得免除的责任。需要进一步约定责任分配的，应在适用情况下另行订立合同。
09Changes, termination & contact变更、终止与联系
You may stop using the service at any time; accrued payment obligations, if any, remain subject to the agreed billing terms. Changes will be published with an updated effective date, with notice where required. Please contact soymilkfyccc@gmail.com for service questions or disputes. The Privacy Policy describes data handling.
您可随时停止使用服务；已产生的付款义务（如有）仍依已约定的计费条款处理。条款变更将在本页发布并更新生效日期，必要时另行通知。服务问题或争议请联系 soymilkfyccc@gmail.com。数据处理方式详见隐私政策。
